Private by design
Most tools upload your whole file. Hushscript does the heavy lifting in your browser first, so your raw recording stays with you.
- 1
You drop in a file
Any audio or video file, right in your browser.
- 2
Your browser extracts the audio
ffmpeg runs locally to strip and compress the audio to a compact FLAC file. The original video never uploads.
- 3
We transcribe & diarize
Only the compact audio is sent. The speech engine returns a speaker-separated transcript with zero data retention.
- 4
We delete the audio
The moment your transcript is saved, the uploaded audio is deleted from our storage.
The result is a readable conversation — each speaker on their own line. Rename "Speaker A" to a real name once and it updates everywhere, then export as TXT, SRT, DOCX, or JSON. Your transcripts stay private to your account.
