Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-14
This Cookie Policy explains how Hushscript (LW Agency Limited) uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies – such as pixels, tags, and browser local storage – work in comparable ways. We and our providers use them to keep the Service working, to remember your sign-in, to measure usage, and to measure and deliver advertising.
Our marketing website (hushscript.com)
Our marketing website uses Google Tag Manager to load the following third-party tools, which may set cookies and collect identifiers and usage data:
- Google Analytics – measures how visitors find and use the site.
- Google Ads – measures the performance of our advertising and supports remarketing.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics – privacy-friendly, cookieless usage measurement (it does not set cookies).
These are analytics and advertising technologies. Where the law that applies to you requires consent for them, we will ask for it.
Our application (app.hushscript.com)
The application does not load analytics pixels, advertising scripts, analytics cookies, or any browser product-telemetry collector. Product measurement is derived from successful API requests and backend outcomes. Our API may send content-free, server-confirmed action events to Google Analytics, subject to your consent where required. These events do not include filenames, transcript text or titles, speaker names, prompts, questions, answers, form contents, or clipboard contents.
Our API also sends server-confirmed registration, payment-method verification, checkout, and purchase events to Google Analytics. Selected GA4 events are imported into our linked Google Ads account for advertising measurement; our API does not send these events directly to Google Ads. The application itself does not load an advertising tracker. First-touch campaign and cookie identifiers captured on the marketing website are used to connect those milestones to the visit that led to the account, subject to the consent rules described below.
- Sign-in storage – when you sign in, the application stores a sign-in token in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in. Clearing it signs you out.
- Payment – our payment provider, Stripe, sets cookies needed to process payments securely and to help prevent fraud.
- Bot protection – Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie to tell humans from automated systems. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy at https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
Categories
- Strictly necessary – required for the Service to work, including sign-in storage, payment, and bot-protection. These cannot be switched off through our Service.
- Analytics – help us understand how our website and product are used (Google Analytics; Ahrefs Web Analytics on the marketing website, which is cookieless).
- Advertising – measure and deliver our advertising (Google Ads).
Your choices
Where the law applicable to a visitor requires prior consent, analytics and advertising stay off until the visitor chooses. Elsewhere, both are enabled by default. In either case, an explicit saved choice controls later visits, and we treat the browser’s Global Privacy Control signal as an advertising opt-out.
You can:
- change analytics and advertising settings at any time through the Cookie settings link in the website footer;
- control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear your browser’s local storage to sign out of the application;
- opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
- manage Google ad personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies or local storage may stop parts of the Service from working.
Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date.
