Hushscript पर सुरक्षा

Video कभी आपके device से बाहर नहीं जाता। Compatible audio track browser में extract होता है, और speech recognition के लिए सिर्फ़ वही prepared audio upload होता है। Sign in से पहले, public preview सिर्फ़ 5 मिनट तक का एक clip भेजता है, पूरी file कभी नहीं।

कोई meeting bot नहीं है, कोई calendar access नहीं है, और कोई background recording नहीं है। Hushscript जो इकलौता audio कभी देखता है, वह वह recording है जिसे आपने खुद submit करने के लिए चुना।

Transcription-audio copy transcript save होते ही delete हो जाती है: न किसी schedule पर, न किसी setting के पीछे। Speech engine audio को zero retention के साथ process करता है, और result finalize होते ही उसकी transcript copy delete हो जाती है।

अपने dedicated flow से किसी transcript को delete करने पर एक डिलीट रसीद मिलती है, जिसे download किया जा सकता है और जो record करती है कि क्या हटाया गया और कब। Scheduled retention sweeps भी वही रसीद deletion record पर store करती हैं।

Stored transcript content, titles, speaker metadata, translations, और Insights artifacts rest पर encrypted हैं। एक storage-level leak ciphertext expose करेगा, client conversations नहीं।

EU, EEA, Swiss, और UK audio EU में process होता है। एक Teams वर्कस्पेस बनते ही एक data region से pin हो जाता है, और उसके members के accounts उसी region में रहते हैं।

Hushscript को LW Agency Limited (Hong Kong) operate करती है।

कोई human transcription workforce customer files handle नहीं करता, और recordings को models train करने के लिए कभी इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जाता।

एक Teams वर्कस्पेस में, एडमिन सीटें, billing, अवधारण नीति, और shared पूल manage करते हैं, और एडमिन गतिविधि लॉग usage दिखाती है: किसने कितने मिनट खर्च किए, transcript content कभी नहीं। एडमिन members के transcripts नहीं पढ़ सकते; वह permission मौजूद ही नहीं है।

Transcripts तब तक रखें जब तक आप उन्हें delete न करें, या 7, 30, 90, या 365 दिनों बाद auto-delete करें, और जिन matters को अपना अलग lifecycle चाहिए उनके लिए per-transcript override भी है। प्राइवेट मोड और आगे जाता है: speech recognition चलता है, एक password-protected archive वापस आता है, और account में कोई transcript बिल्कुल भी save नहीं होता।

एक Teams वर्कस्पेस हर member के लिए एक अवधारण default जोड़ता है, साथ ही एक optional अनिवार्य अधिकतम सीमा। यह सीमा सेट होते ही लागू हो जाती है।

Standard contractual clauses वाला एक data processing agreement, और उन firms के लिए एक confidentiality addendum जिन्हें इसकी ज़रूरत है। उप-प्रोसेसर सूची published है और updated रखी जाती है।

Hushscript के पास आज SOC 2, ISO 27001, या ऐसे कोई certifications नहीं हैं, और वह इनका दावा नहीं करता। अगर यह बदलता है, तो यह page वह बता देगा।

support@hushscript.com पर लिखें। एक इंसान उसे उसी business day पढ़ता है, और genuine reports पर बाकी सबसे पहले priority के साथ action लिया जाता है।
