Does converting audio upload my file?
No. The converter processes the file in your browser and downloads the result to your device. Choosing to transcribe a file is a separate upload-based step.
Which audio formats can I choose for output?
The menu includes MP3, M4A, Opus, OGG, WAV, FLAC, AIFF, WMA and other listed audio targets. Whether a particular source converts depends on its codec and your browser or device.
Can I convert OGG, Opus, AIFF or WMA audio?
You can select these as output formats, and the tool accepts audio files with those extensions as input. A source file still needs a codec the available browser conversion path can read.
Which format should I pick for music or speech?
MP3 or M4A can make a smaller listening copy; WAV or FLAC are useful when you need a lossless output. Converting a lossy source to WAV or FLAC cannot restore detail already removed.
Is there a file-size limit?
