How to combine video clips

Choose two or more videos from your device. Drag their handles or use the arrow buttons to put them in playback order, then set the output frame width and height. Select Merge videos and download joined-video.mp4 when processing finishes. You can remove a clip before merging. Use it to merge two videos, or up to six clips in one run.

Pick one frame for every clip

The output width and height must each be an even number from 144 to 1920 pixels, and the frame area cannot exceed 1920 × 1080 pixels. The default is 1280 × 720. Each source is fitted inside that frame, so videos with different shapes can have black bars. The tool produces a 30 fps H.264 MP4 with stereo AAC audio at 48 kHz. A clip without sound gets a silent audio section so the sequence stays aligned.

Check the downloaded MP4, especially the joins and audio, before sharing it.

Merge videos in your browser

To combine MP4 files or other clips, select them on your device. They stay there for this tool, and joining runs in the browser without a signup or upload. The combined inputs cannot exceed 150 MB or 15 minutes, and each source must fit the tool’s 4K input bound. Whether a file can be read and finished also depends on its codec, your browser, and your device’s available resources. Keep this tab open while it works.

The video merger places clips back to back. It does not add transitions or crossfades. To shorten a clip first, use the video trimmer. To combine sound recordings without video, use the audio joiner. Video to text is a separate transcription service that requires an account and uploads prepared audio for recognition.

Frequently asked questions

How do I merge videos online?

Choose two to six local video clips. Drag their handles or use the arrow buttons to set the order, choose an output width and height, then select Merge videos. Download the resulting MP4 when it is ready.

Is this video merger free?

Yes. Joining and downloading the MP4 are free, with no account or upload. The clips are processed in your browser. Your device needs enough memory and processing capacity to finish.

How many videos can I combine?

You can combine two to six clips, up to 150 MB and 15 minutes across all selected files. Each source video must fit the tool's 4K input bound. These are combined limits, not allowances per clip.

Can I change the order of the video clips?

Yes. Drag the clips or use their up and down buttons. The first clip in the list plays first in the downloaded MP4.

Will the merged video keep its original quality and size?

No exact match is promised. The tool fits each clip inside your chosen even-pixel frame, adds black bars where needed, and re-encodes video to H.264 at 30 fps. The MP4 can differ in quality or file size from the originals.

What happens to sound when I put videos together?

Audio is converted to stereo AAC at 48 kHz. If a clip has no audio, the tool adds a silent track for that part. Listen to the download before sharing it.

Can I add transitions or merge audio-only files?

No. This tool places videos one after another without transitions or crossfades. For audio-only files, use the separate audio joiner.
