What audio normalization changes
The tool uses FFmpeg loudness normalization with a -16 LUFS integrated target, a -1.5 dB true-peak target, and an 11 LU loudness-range target. It processes the entire file with one setting. It does not offer a volume slider, equalizer, noise removal, or separate control for speakers and sections. Listen to the result before sharing it: a quiet voice beside a loud one may still be uneven, and existing noise or distortion will remain.
MP3 output and practical limits
Every result is re-encoded as MP3 with a 192 kbps bitrate target, even if the input is already MP3. Actual bitrate can vary with the source and encoder. Re-encoding may change sound quality and cannot restore detail missing from the original. Keep the original file if you may edit it again. Workable file size and processing time depend on your browser, device memory, and source codec.
